What changed and why
Constraint
The product has to preserve local payment compliance while creating an independent, tamper-resistant audit trail for each deal state.
My contribution
Designed and built the product flow across buyer, seller, mediator, milestone, dispute, payment, and real-time notification concerns.
Technical decision
Use Chapa for regulated ETB movement, then anchor transaction-state evidence to Ethereum while RabbitMQ and WebSockets coordinate asynchronous updates.
Outcome
Delivered a working public escrow product with auditable state transitions, milestone release, mediation, and separate live and source access.
